Most parents take their kids to the baseball game or on a bike ride for fun. These parents share a love of frogs and snakes with their kids. Talkupy with Annie Lindstrom welcomes Deborah and Avalon Theisen, and Kevin and Ryan Urbanek to the show on Thursday, April 18 at 11 am Eastern Time. Deborah and 12-year-old Avalon work together on Conserve It Forward, an organization that educates people around the world about frogs and snakes. CIFs 3rd Annual Save the Frogs Day is just around the corner. Kevin and his 8-year-old son Ryan love spending the day searching for snakes and taking photographs of them to help educate people about their beauty and fragile habitat. Well talk to both sets of parents and kids to learn more about the special bond their love of these creatures has created between them. For more information go to Conserve It Forward. For more information on Kevin and Ryans snake conservation efforts visit the Center For Snake Conservation. For a longer slide show of of the parents and kids in action go to Talkupy.net
