Embattled wide receiver DeSean Jackson makes his return to Philadelphia on Sunday afternoon when the Eagles host the Washington Redskins. Jackson, who suffered Grade 1 sprain of the AC joint in his left shoulder in Sunday's win over the Jacksonville Jaguars, said he expects to play. Jackson was cut by the Eagles in late march and signed with the Redskins days later.
The Eagles (2-0), meanwhile, will attempt to start 3-0 for the first time since 2004, posting victories in their first two games despite trailing by at least 14 points in the second half of each.
Washington will turn to Kirk Cousins at quarterback after Robert Griffin III exited Sunday's contest with a dislocated ankle.
